Change is the law of nature and variety is the spice of life. If we closely monitor our surroundings, we notice that there is constant evolution taking place in all the spheres of life. The change in the behavioral pattern and mental outlook of youths is the most astounding change we may ever come across. The much-talked about matter today surely zeroes in on the impatience of the youths of today.

A few decades ago, the youths had different challenges before themselves but in the twenty-first century there lies a plethora of fresh challenges awaiting the youths. The advent of information technology has ushered in a new era of innovativeness and creativity. There are numerous jobs created everyday and the youths have got to adapt themselves differently and bring about gradual changes in their thought-process. As a result the youths need to model themselves for the newer tasks earnestly.

Now-a-days we do come across young students of India battling it out to crack tough nuts like JEE, PMT, CAT and even CIVIL SERVICES with gusto never seen before. 'Multitasking' and "Urgency" of today's youths should not be misinterpreted as IMPATIENCE.

There is no sector which remains untouched with internet and it is the sole accountability of the youths to accomplish the uphill task of managing such tremendous volumes of data. On the other hand, the result of Lok Sabha elections have raised eyebrows and strongly drives the point home the future belongs to young minds and young shoulders. Young MPs and entrepreneurs have become the new faces of India's progress. The likes of Anil Ambanis,Aditya Birlas and Rahul Gandhis have opened the floodgates of a new resurgent India, bubbling with confidence on the global stage.

Youths of today have more challenges than before which enables them to achieve excellence. The secret of India's rapid progress lies in youths' perseverance and not impatience.
