Issue for the parliament remains the same, only change in attitude & the thought process is affecting the result for success.
Young MP's will strive for making a mark in parliament with there creativity, innovative ideas, as well as the veteran members would make it a point to govern with the traditional practices , as they might feel comfort for the same & would resist for changes.
At this point of time the skills of young MP's would be tested wherein there interpersonal skills like presentation of the issues, analysis for the same, there convincing power & there methodology adopted to resolve the issue will affect the future course of action to decide whether the political transformation from veteran to young has worked effectively or not. The 34 young MP's have a greater responsibility compared with the old cadre of MP's, as the performance of old guns of India is known to the people & the world would be having an eye on the young MP's who would be the future for India.
Getting elected in the Lok Sabha elections thus endorse that people of India have shown trust towards these candidates by looking at there capabilities', abilities & character, with result oriented expectation to resolve there problems & smooth functioning of nation. To meet these critical challenges, appropriate guidance needs to be taken from the senior member of the parliament & party. We can say that the old once will definitely let them as role models for the young once & a good transformation can be seen in the governance of India over a period of time.
